  1. Is that unusual? is it with sleep medication? It sounds good to me. I sometimes get up 2 or 3 times, but mostly once at best. Every once in a while I’ve slept ALL through the night. I use a sleep apnea (‘apria’) machine now for last 5 years.
    How is your mobility? Your peppiness, general mood, happiness? If I am asking too much then just ignore this or just choose what you think is most apt to say. Love, Ed
