Via the ever-loyal & reliable Riley Dog, I found this short story, “Flowers Pick Themselves,” by Scott Elmegreen, who appears to be a recent graduate of Princeton. It’s not hypertext (with the exception of one internal link), but it does make use of the computer screen as a space for reading. There is also a musical soundtrack, which I found effective, but which can be switched off at the bottom of each page. Nicely done.
